Any of these symptoms need a prompt evaluation to rule out any malignancy treatment varies with the stage of the disease. Early-stage tumors have a good prognosis while the prognosis in advanced stages is dismal
Early stages need a single modality like surgery/radiation while advanced stages need a combination of surgery/chemotherapy/radiation
